Quality standards and their corresponding certifications

 

ALPENRIND is a regional enterprise, which supplies high quality beef and veal to customers throughtout the whole of Europe. As most of our suppliers are local farms, the transport routes are short, which greatly benefits the quality of our products.

As one of the leading meat marketers in Austria, product quality is ALPENRIND`s number one priority. The quality of our products is tested on a regular basis and any products that leave our premises are subjected to vigorous inspections.

´To enable us to meet the high expectations of our customers, a multitude of strict quality control processes are in place. Our quality management framework places a strong emphasis on the HACCP system and regular external inspections.

In 2010, ALPENRIND was certified according to the "higher level" IFS 5 (Internatinal Food Standard) standard.
