Products for processing

Our high-quality beef and veal is processed into a wide range of products, such as sausages, minced meat and McDonald´s hamburgers. Our processing partners include large companies such as OSI FOOD SOLUTIONS (former ESCA). Among other things, ESCA is responsible for the entire production of McDonald´s hamburgers for Germany, Austria and Holland. At ALPENRIND, complying with strict hygiene and quality criteria pursuant to international standards is just as important to us as providing the highest quality products and always delivering on time.
