The circle of man, animal and environment is enormously important to us.

Our farmers draw from a vast pool of experience gathered over hundreds of years. One that is based on tradition and inherited agricultural wisdom. This knowledge - along with a deep respect for the animals and a strong awareness of how to treat them - is applied to the keeping and feeding of all our animals.

We are located right in the middle of a milk production area that has a high concentration of organic farmers. In Salzburg, almost half of all farmers rely on biodynamic production methods - one of the highest proportions in the entire European Union.
